48-Hour Return Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The product must be returned with its original packaging and accessories.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or accidental damage.

• Items returned after the 48-hour return period.

• Products that are missing original packaging or accessories.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after verifying the issue.

Refund Process

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

• For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
